Program Description
The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) and Nissan North America, Inc. have partnered to provide financial resources to assist outstanding college students in selected geographic locations. The award amount is $5,000.

Eligibility Requirements
-
Be of Hispanic heritage
-
Be a U.S. Citizen, legal permanent resident or eligible non-U.S. citizen
-
Be a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Fifth-year Senior or Masters student studying full-time at a four-year U.S. accredited institution in the 2012-2013 academic year.
-
Must be pursuing a major in: Advertising, Accounting, Human Resources Management, International Relations, Marketing, Public Relations or a Business or Engineering discipline

Have a minimum cumaltive grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
-
Must have a permanent address OR attend an institution in one of the following areas:

Arizona (state)
-
Dallas, Texas (metro)
-
Fort Worth, Texas (county)
-
Michigan (state)
-
Mississippi (state)
-
San Diego, California (metro)
-
Tennessee (state)
-
Community College students transferring to a four-year institution are encouraged to apply

Must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
