Speaker Bio

Dr. Millstein’s practice focuses on technically complex matters in biotech, technology and intellectual property portfolio development and strategy, including technology assessment, forecasting and counseling; patentability assessment; patent preparation, prosecution and acquisition; IP licensing, due diligence, and litigation counseling.  A UC San Diego alumnus, Dr. Millstein received a MS ‘83 and PhD ‘87 in chemistry. Dr. Millstein is also Adjunct Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Georgetown University.
