Eric Ferrer Dir. Human Resources Siliken Renewable Energy

Eric Ferrer is the Director of Human Resources for Siliken Renewable Energy and Siliken California Corporation. Previously he served as the Regional Manager of Executive Recruitment in the Manufacturing Industry and Director of Permanent Placement in the Healthcare industry. At Siliken, Eric Ferrer is part of the Senior Leadership Team that is responsible for building from the ground up, the Organizational Structure that will carry Siliken into the future as a major player in the area of solar energy generation and management solutions through vertical integration. With its production of poly-silicon, manufacturing of modules, and design, installation and financing of energy generation facilities, Siliken manages the entire value chain of solar solutions and specializes in developing commercial and utility scale solar generation projects for North America.
