NEW GRAD MANUFACTURING ENGINEER O&G

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the creation of timely, accurate bills of material, assembly drawings and provivdes manufacturing support during assembly and testing operations. The incumbent works with design engineering to establish, make or buy decisions for project spescific hardware and assists in the selection of specification components and the preparation and release of Procurement and/or Source Control Drawings.

Job Specifications:
*Bachelor's in ME required
*Minimum GPA of 2. required
*Degree related internship experience preferred
*Ability to independently gather and analyze relevant data and define project issure in engineering terms with minimal technical direction.
*Ability to work in a fast paced, teaming environment
*Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting various deadlines and committments
*Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed to ensure that other project team members are kept current on problems and issues
*Local candidates will be given strong preference

NEW GRAD CONTROLS DESIGN ENGINEER

Job duties include the design on control systems for new equipment, including the generation of electrical and logic drawings and software. Interfacing with various organizations at Solar utilizing excellent written and verbal communications skills is imperative. Additional duties include supporting field personnel through equipment commissioning, and participating in technical task risk assessments. Travel for customer meeting and field engineering support will also be required.

Job Specifications:
*BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required
*Degree related internship experience required
*Minimum GAP of 2.8 required
*Ability to write and communicate clearly required
*Sense of urgency and organizational skills are required to work with multiple projects and competing priorities
*Knowledge of industrial control systems applications, design and operation
*Experience with PLC based control systems a plus
*Technical skills in programming of Rockwell Automation PLC5 and/or controlLogix processors, programming of Windows ased HMI systems, CADD drawing generation, and in-depth knowledge of turbomachinery control systems is a plus
*Ability to work well with others, team spirit, flexibility with personal schedule to meet deadlines and support occasional business travel
*Local candidates will be given strong preference
