Recommended vendors for Printing Your Poster:

Please note that all posters must be 3 x 4 posters or (Height= 36" Width= 48")

If your project is done and you want to print a large, one-sheet poster, please ask your faculty advisor to pay for the printing.

Please remember that Monday, February 20th is Presidents day and may places do observe this holiday. The campus does observe this holiday, so please plan accordingly if you plan to use campus services for your printing needs.  

Information for Oral Presentations:

  • Each Oral Presentation are restricted to 3 minutes long.
  • Only one person from each poster gives an oral summary.
  • This is for you to practice delivering a concise, effective pitch and making a positive first impression.  
  • Please use one “quadrant” PowerPoint slide giving title, name(s), mentor(s), department/organizations, motivation/background, approach, a figure, and a summary.
