GENERAL DESCRIPTION of POSITION:

Position Title: VB .NET Developer

VB.NET Developer One of our World Class clients, a San Diego success story in the Solana Beach area, is looking for a top-tier junior to mid-level candidate for consideration as a VB.NET Developer. This person should have 2-4 years of work experience in software development. This is a solid company with opportunity for the right person. Our client is looking for someone who can perform software development, as well as manage the current 3rd-party development, and own the integration of custom applications within the existing application framework. These applications will support existing and new solid products, with an emphasis on reporting and financial intelligence. The position requires client-facing skills, a positive attitude, and proven reliability. This position is a direct hire opportunity, and is immediately available.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements: 1. 2-4 years of Software Development experience using VB.NET, ASP.NET (C# a plus). 2. 1-2 years SQL 2005/2008, T-SQL, Views, Functions and Triggers 3. Bachelor's Degree Required 4. Financial Industry a plus

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Financial Industry a plus
