  Activities include peer mentoring, career networking events, social activities, national conferences, and K-12 outreach.

  Provides programs with topics of interest to women in science and engineering and advises administrators on important issues concerning the general climate of gender on the UCSD campus.

  Enhances the education of women in computing at UCSD through networking and mentoring, teamwork and leadership opportunities, professional development through education about career opportunities, and promotion of scholarship.
