High School Students
High School Students (grades 9 through 12) can participate in the California State Summer School for Mathematics and Science (COSMOS) at UC San Diego to receive a month long on-campus engineering, math, and science experience during the summer. Learn more about COSMOS »
Outstanding students participating in the COSMOS program are eligible to be nominated for the Gordon Engineering Leadership Award for high school students.
Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate Students will have access to the Gordon Center's novel courses on engineering leadership, project management and interdisciplinary design provided through the Gordon Center.
All Jacobs School students may also attend our leadership forum events, and we invite you to send us suggestions about topics you would like to see covered in classes, workshops, forums and summer schools.
We invite you to apply and participate in our comprehensive leadership education and training program.
Graduate Students
Graduate Students will have access to novel and existing courses on engineering leadership (specifically, engineering leadership in academia, and systems engineering leadership, venture mechanics, enterprise dynamics and applied innovations) provided through the Gordon Center.
All Jacobs School students may also attend our leadership forum events, and we invite you to send us suggestions about topics you would like to see covered in classes, workshops, forums and summer schools.

Professionals
Professionals in one of the Jacobs School of Engineering's professional certificate or degree programs, such as the Architecture-Based Enterprise Systems Engineering (AESE) program, can apply to become Gordon Scholars and participate in our comprehensive leadership education and training program.
Faculty and Researchers
Work with your chairs to identify and nominate candidates to become Gordon Center Scholars or to receive Gordon Center Awards.
We also welcome your suggestions for excellent speakers for our events including workshops, forums and summer schools. Let us know if you have suggestions for topics we should address in the program.
Engineering Leaders
We would love to get in touch with you to develop unique educational experiences and leadership opportunities for Gordon Scholars; please let us know if you are willing to host groups of students for leadership field-trips and challenge projects.
